The Edna Ryan Awards are Australia’s only awards that recognise women making a feminist difference across a range of fields.
They are a powerful way of promoting important issues affecting women, and celebrating the women who have put in the hard work to get ‘gender’ on the agenda.
They highlight how far we have come since the first awards were given out, and how far we still have to go.
The recipients represent a proud roll call of impressive and inspiring Australian women.
We need your support, however modest, to keep the EDNAS strong and in the public eye at a time when the fight for equality is still not won.
